Valentina Tolkunova

An outstanding Soviet singer. Has finished Gnesin Musical College as a «choir conductor», and also Moscow State Institute of Culture. Toured in Finland, Japan, India, Germany, Luxembourg, the USA, Canada, Greece, Australia, Vietnam, Singapore and Israel. She has released 12 vinil and compact discs and winned a television competition «Song of the year» 23 times. 1989 witnessed "ART" Association theatre of musical drama and song creation on the basis of MosConcert, where V.Tolkunova worked since 1973. The singer is still its musical director.

Has sung V.Dubovskoy's song "Spring", included in "Russian" album.
